Good Collective - Pricing Notice

We’re excited to bring your virtual storefront to life! This notice confirms the pricing and billing structure associated with your storefront setup and ongoing management.

Our Agreement

By signing below, you’re giving Good Collective the go-ahead to build and manage your merchandise storefront.

Platform Fee & Billing

- A platform fee of $99/month will be billed to you by Good Collective.

- Billing is processed at the end of each month.

- Your first six months of platform fees will be waived.

Storage

- Inventory storage is billed at 1% of total inventory value per month.

- Storage fees are calculated based on the value of inventory held at our facility during each billing cycle. - Your first six months of storage fees will be waived.

Order Fulfillment & Kitting

- Standard pick, pack, and fulfillment services are billed at $3.50 per shipment (per box).

Shipping & Sales Tax

- Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout based on the lowest available rates at the time of order.

- Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated and charged at checkout based on the final shipping destination.

Internal Order Billing & Remittance

- Good Collective will collect payment at checkout for product, shipping, and applicable sales tax on all orders placed through the storefront.

- Product inventory has been pre-purchased by your team and is being distributed internally across departments.

- At the end of each month, Good Collective will provide a summary of all orders placed and remit back the portion of funds collected for product only.

- Shipping charges and sales tax collected will be retained and applied toward fulfillment and carrier costs.

Cancellation

We hope you’ll love your store for a long time—but if you ever need to close it, you can do so at any time with 30 days written notice.
