This notice confirms the pricing and billing structure associated with your storefront setup and ongoing management.
- A platform fee of $99/month will be billed to you by Good Collective, beginning with October 2026 services.
- Billing is processed at the start of each month for the previous month’s services.
- Invoices are due within 21 days of the invoice date.
- Inventory storage is billed at 1% of total inventory value per month.
- Inventory value is based on your purchase cost per unit, measured as an end-of-month snapshot of the inventory held at our facility.
- Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout based on the lowest available rates at the time of order. Shipping charges cover carrier costs; fulfillment fees are billed separately as outlined above.
- Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated and charged at checkout based on the final shipping destination and is remitted by Good Collective to the appropriate taxing authorities.
